Information we collect
The consultation form collects your name, work email, and any optional description you provide about the work you want help with. We also record the page used to submit the request and basic campaign information included in the page address, such as source and campaign tags.
Our hosting and form-delivery providers may process ordinary technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and security logs.
How we use information
- Review and respond to your consultation request.
- Understand which service or campaign produced the request.
- Protect the form and website from abuse or technical problems.
- Maintain records of our correspondence when reasonably necessary.
Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing list. We do not sell the information submitted through this site.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website and deliver consultation requests. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or comply with applicable law.
Campaign pages use basic Google Ads conversion measurement. Google's tag may process advertising cookies or identifiers, page and browser information, and campaign parameters to attribute a successfully submitted consultation request to an ad. The conversion event fires only after our server accepts the request. Enhanced conversions are disabled, and the conversion event does not send your name, email, phone number, company, or message to Google.
Retention and security
We keep consultation information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, customer records, confidential files, regulated information, payment-card details, or other sensitive data through this form.
Your choices
You can limit advertising cookies through your browser settings or applicable Google ad controls. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal or operational recordkeeping needs, by emailing oceanwest@agentmail.to.
